Delaware North’s Patina Group is recruiting a full-time Line Cook for Nick and Stef’s in New York, NY. You will prepare dishes according to recipes and chef specifications, working as part of a supportive team in a prestigious venue.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a prep cook or line cook.
• Basic math skills to understand, calculate, and follow recipe measurements.
• No high school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Measure, portion, and cook all food items in a timely manner.
• Maintain correct food temperatures and safe storage.
• Perform opening, closing, and side work duties according to guidelines.
• Keep workstation and equipment clean, organized, and stocked.
• Record waste on spoilage sheet according to waste control guidelines.
