Waldorf Astoria is seeking a dedicated Line Cook I to join our culinary team at this luxurious Atlanta property!

Located in a prestigious neighborhood, our Forbes 4-Star and AAA 4-Diamond hotel features a 42-story tower with over 200 rooms, including guest rooms and residences, more than 10,000 sq ft of meeting space, and three food and beverage outlets: a restaurant, bar, and in-room dining.

Our mission is to create unforgettable experiences for our guests, provide meaningful opportunities for our team members, and positively impact our community.

Shift: Various shifts available; must be flexible to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare food according to recipes and standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and food sanitation standards
  • Manage guest orders efficiently and courteously
  • Know menu items and ingredients thoroughly
  • Stock and maintain food stations
  • Inspect all food sent from the kitchen
  • Follow proper food handling and storage regulations
  • Prepare requisitions for supplies as needed
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in a luxury hotel or restaurant culinary department
  • Ability to handle a busy station and stay organized
  • Passion for cooking and following recipes
  • Quick learner eager to experience all stations and cuisines
  • ServSafe Certification
  • Culinary degree or apprenticeship program
  • Flexible work hours for a 24-hour operation
  • Strong teamwork and high energy
  • Knowledge of multiple cuisines is a plus
