Job summary

Everline Resort & Spa is looking for enthusiastic part-time Line Cooks (Levels I-III) to join their culinary team. We’re seeking enthusiastic and talented Part-Time Line Cooks (Levels I-III) to join our dynamic culinary team. Whether you're just starting out or have years of experience, there's a place for you here.

Responsibilities

As a Line Cook at Everline Resort & Spa, you'll play a key role in preparing high-quality dishes for our guests. Responsibilities vary by level, but may include:

Level I (Entry-Level):
  • Prepare ingredients and assist with basic food preparation

  • Maintain a clean and organized work station

  • Follow all health and safety guidelines

Level II (Intermediate):
  • Cook and plate menu items according to chef’s specifications

  • Assist with prep and inventory management

  • Ensure consistency and quality of all dishes

Level III (Experienced):
  • Take lead on a specific station (e.g., grill, sauté, pantry)

  • Mentor and support junior cooks

  • Assist with menu planning and execution during peak service times

Qualifications
  • Previous kitchen or line cook experience preferred (required for Levels II & III)

  • Culinary training or equivalent experience is a plus

  • Strong attention to detail and passion for great food

  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

  • Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
