Qualifications

• 4 years’ experience in a busy fast-paced kitchen preferred.
• Culinary degree or related educational degree preferred; ACF certificate helpful.
• Skilled at cooking methods, equipment, ingredients, and procedures; good food safety knowledge.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to create a positive guest experience.
• Ability to work calmly under deadlines; detail oriented.
• Must read recipes and produce quality products with minimal waste.
• Must maintain Gaming License and food safety training certificate.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays; on-site work.

Responsibilities

• Works the culinary line to prepare meals per recipes and requests.
• Measures ingredients and follows recipes and portion requirements.
• Uses kitchen equipment safely and correctly (knives, grills, ovens, flattops, fryers).
• Maintains proper temperatures and storage; monitors holding temps.
• Monitors inventory and ensures fresh, stocked supplies.
• Polishes dishes and presents them to guests.
• Ensures sanitation and service standards are met.
• Performs opening/closing and side work tasks.
• Maintains confidentiality and professional conduct.
• Keeps work areas clean and organized per safety standards.
• Maintains regular attendance and works nights/weekends/holidays as scheduled.
