Job summary

Bear River Casino is seeking a Line Cook I in Loleta, CA. You will prepare menu items to order, maintain cleanliness, and stock stations while following safety guidelines. The role requires ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.

Applicants should have a High School Diploma or equivalent and at least six months cooking experience. Food Handler certification will be required upon hire.

They are required to adhere to all cleanliness and safety standards, can set up and breakdown the line, maintain assigned daily prep levels, and can assist in food functions/parties and events.
