GUI is an American-Korean Steakhouse (not a K-BBQ) by Sungchul Shim and the team behind Michelin-starred Kochi and Mari. The menu is informed by Chef Shim's Korean heritage, and flavors are influenced by the diverse cultures of NYC. Striving to cater to guests from our home city to all over the world.
Hwaro is a chef’s table dining concept located inside the soon-to-open GUI Steakhouse. Hwaro will offer a fine-dining, counter-side open kitchen tasting menu highlighting exquisite and upscale ingredients throughout the meal.
