Job Description: Line Cook at Grovehouse

Grovehouse adheres to the idea of “simplicity at its finest”. Our Italian-focused menus emphasize high-quality, simple ingredients. As a result, our Line Cooks must be very intentional at every step to achieve the perfect balance of flavor and properly executed dishes. Technique, speed, precision, and a willingness to learn contribute to success and growth in our kitchens.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prep assigned station mise en place.
2. Efficiently receive and fulfill ticket orders from the Chef/Expeditor during service.
3. Execute dishes at your station to meet the standards of the Chef, including grilling, sautéing, pasta cooking, and vegetable-focused preparations.
4. Maintain an organized and clean station in accordance with Department of Health and kitchen standards.
5. Prepare family meals.
6. Break down and clean your station at the end of service.
7. Assist with training new team members.
