Big Red Restaurant & Sports Bar - Lincoln West seeks reliable Kitchen Staff – Cook to join our high-volume, full-service team in Lincoln, NE. You will prepare and direct food prep following recipes, sanitation and safety standards, and maintain clean work areas and equipment.

We value teamwork and strong diligence; prior kitchen experience is preferred but not required. This position offers various shifts, with opportunities to contribute to a busy, guest-focused dining experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Moderate reading and writing skills; follow written and oral instructions.
• Proficient interpersonal relations and cooperates with co-workers; works with minimal supervision.

Responsabilités

• Prepare or direct preparation of food using established procedures.
• Comply with sanitation, health and hygiene standards; observe proper handling techniques.
• Store food properly with date labeling; maintain equipment.
• Plan production to coordinate with meal serving hours to preserve quality.
