Qualifications

• 2 years of high-volume kitchen experience required.
• Food Handler certification required.
• Knowledge of restaurant prep and cooking methods.
• Exceptional written and verbal skills.

Responsibilities

• Prep according to daily/weekly par levels.
• Cook and package batches of food, such as hamburgers, cooked to order.
• Read orders and prepare/cook accordingly.
• Wash, cut, and prepare foods for cooking.
• Maintain sanitation and safety in work areas.
• Operate griddles and fryers.
• Stock and restock workstations and displays.
• Participate in pre-shift meetings and communicate with team.
