7th Street Burger Kips Bay is seeking both part-time and full-time cooks to join our fast-paced New York kitchen. You’ll smash, flip, and grill burgers to uphold quality while keeping tickets moving during peak hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen.
• Certification in food handling preferred; we help you get certified.
• Ability to stand 8+ hours.
• Team player with calm under pressure.
• Flexible availability for late nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Cook and operate the grill, fryer, and prep stations.
• Get orders out fast without sacrificing quality.
• Maintain a clean station and follow health standards.
• Assist with daily cleaning and deep-clean days.
• Coordinate with cashiers and teammates to keep orders accurate.
