7th Street Burger is hiring both part-time and full-time cooks to join our fast-paced New York kitchen. You will grill, fry, and prep burgers while keeping quality high and tickets moving during peak hours.

We value pride in craft, cleanliness, and teamwork. The role requires standing for long shifts, a willingness to work late nights, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to thrive under pressure. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous cooking experience in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen.
• Food handler certification strongly preferred (we will help you get certified).
• Ability to work 8+ hour shifts on your feet.
• Team-first mindset and calm under pressure.
• Flexible availability for late nights, weekends and holidays.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Work the grill, fryer, and prep stations
• Get orders out fast without sacrificing quality
• Maintain a clean station and follow health standards
• Clean the kitchen daily and assist on deep cleaning days
• Communicate with cashiers and teammates to keep orders accurate
