Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, cool, re-heat, cover, date, store, and maintain food temperature per Health Department rules.
• Receive deliveries and organize according to standards.
• Clean station during and after prep work.
• Prepare menu items quickly according to recipes and yield guidelines.
• Inform Sous Chef of shortages to control food costs.
• Promote teamwork and assist others to ensure guest service.
