7th Street Burger is hiring both part-time and full-time cooks to join our fast-paced kitchen in Philadelphia. You’ll grill, fry, and prep stations, delivering high-quality burgers while keeping tickets moving during peak hours.

Experience in a high-volume kitchen is preferred, and a Food Handler certification is strongly encouraged. We offer weekly pay, medical/dental/vision benefits for full-time employees, and a path for career growth within a growing brand.

Qualifications

• Previous cooking experience in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen.
• Food handler certification strongly preferred (we will help you get certified)
• Ability to work 8+ hour shifts on your feet
• A team-first mindset and calm under pressure
• Flexible availability for late nights (3:00am), weekends, and holidays
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a PLUS!

Responsibilities

• Work the grill, fryer, and prep stations
• Get orders out fast without sacrificing quality
• Maintain a clean station and follow Department of Health standards
• Clean the kitchen daily and assist on deep cleaning days
• Communicate with cashiers and teammates to keep orders accurate
