Job summary

• Strong understanding of proper food handling, sanitation, and kitchen safety practices.
• Experience following recipes, portion standards, and plating specifications.

Responsibilities

• Prepare menu items to recipe specifications and team standards.
• Execute multiple stations during service while maintaining quality and ticket times.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and comply with safety policies.
• Set up, stock, and break down stations for service.
