Otaku Ramen is seeking enthusiastic Line Cooks for our GULCH location. Overtime is available for experienced cooks.

Essential Job Functions

• Work quickly and efficiently, multitasking with a sense of urgency
• Experience in fast-paced, fast-casual environments
• Maintain cleanliness through daily and weekly checklists
• Operate all stations on the hot line (full cross-training provided)
• Prepare food for service (e.g., chopping vegetables, portioning sauces)
• Assemble dishes collaboratively with the kitchen team
• Follow sanitation procedures and keep work areas organized
• Assist with taking orders and organizing supplies
• Clean floors and surfaces as needed
• Work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Stand and move for long periods
• Lift a minimum of 25 lbs
• Reliable transportation is required
• Be punctual and accountable

Compensation

$20/hr (base + tips, employer estimate)
