Otaku Ramen is seeking enthusiastic Line Cooks. Overtime opportunities are available for experienced cooks.

Essential Job Functions:

  1. Work quickly and multi-task with a sense of urgency.
  2. Experience in fast-paced, fast-casual environments preferred.
  3. Maintain cleanliness through daily and weekly checklists.
  4. Operate all stations on the hot line (full cross-training provided).
  5. Prepare food for service, such as chopping vegetables and portioning sauces.
  6. Assemble dishes collaboratively with the kitchen team.
  7. Follow sanitation procedures and keep work areas organized.
  8. Assist with taking orders and organizing supplies as needed.
  9. Clean floors, surfaces, and other areas as required.
  10. Work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  11. Stand and move for extended periods.
  12. Lift at least 25 lbs.
  13. Reliable transportation is required.
  14. Be punctual and accountable.

Compensation: $20/hr (base + tips). Employer estimate.
