Lake Austin Spa Resort is seeking a passionate Line Cook to join our team in Austin, Texas. The ideal candidate is service-oriented, interacts with guests, and helps lead by our shared values.

You will prepare and portion meats, fish, vegetables, soups, and other items with integrity before cooking, and you will also create final plating and garnishing for all menu items. We offer full-time positions with weekend and holiday coverage and both morning and evening shifts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and portion meats, fish, vegetables, soups and other items with integrity.
• Plate and garnish cooked items according to recipes and standards.
• Maintain clean, safe, and sanitary kitchen areas and equipment.
• Support executive and sous chefs with daily specials and prep tasks.
