Qualifications

• 18+ years old and professional demeanor.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and organization.
• Two years restaurant or kitchen experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen with a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food items in accordance with production requirements and quality standards.
• Set up and prep items ahead of time as requested.
• Control food waste and monitor usage per standards.
• Date and rotate perishables; ensure proper temperatures.
• Check pars for shift use and determine necessary prep.
• Receive and unpack items from vendors and label per dept. standards.
