Job summary

The Rail Craft Kitchen & Bar in Dublin, OH is seeking a Line Cook to join our team. You will assist in preparing and cooking menu items, ensuring quality and timely service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (Closed Thanksgiving and Christmas).

Responsibilities

• Maintaining knowledge of menu items to ensure every build meets specs and expectations.
• Preparing and cooking menu items during service, while maintaining quality and presentation standards.
• Understanding and adherence to food safety regulations.
• Collaborate with kitchen and front of house staff to ensure timely and seamless delivery of orders.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, contributing to the overall cleanliness of the restaurant.
