OBO’ Italian Table and Bar is seeking a Line Cook in California to maintain food quality and guest satisfaction. You will assist with cleaning, receiving, prepping, and stocking before, during, and after service. The role emphasizes sanitary handling and a hospitality-focused approach.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years of line cook experience and are willing to learn. Flexible hours and a supportive team culture are offered with opportunities for growth and internal promotions.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of line cook experience is a plus and we will invest in training and growth.
• Ability to follow established menus and recipes.
• Multitasking skills and good knife skills.
• Valid Responsible Beverage Serving (RBS) Card.
• Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates.
• Must be at least 18 years of age (or have valid work permit).

Responsibilities

• Maintain food quality and guest satisfaction according to restaurant standards.
• Clean, receive, prep, and stock product before, during, and after service.
• Maintain sanitary food handling practices according to Health Code.
• Interact with guests and team members in a positive, hospitality-focused manner.
