Job summary

Cantina Laredo is seeking a Line Cook to join our kitchen team at the Atlanta location. You will be responsible for completing prep, setting up your station, maintaining quality and timing for all menu items, and ensuring accuracy to the restaurant's recipes and presentations.

As part of the kitchen, you will cross-train and learn other stations while contributing to a clean, efficient work environment and timely service.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in casual restaurant industry is required.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Proficiency in POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Set up the cook’s station and complete all prep work.
• Maintain product quality and cook-time standards; prepare items per recipes.
• Ensure proper plating and presentation according to specifications.
• Cross-train and learn other kitchen stations as needed.
