BBL Hospitality's Recovery Sports Grill in Charleston, WV is hiring a part-time Line Cook. You will prepare meats, seafood, vegetables and other hot items, operate broilers, ovens and grills, and ensure portion sizes and quality meet our standards. Weekend and holiday availability is expected.

This role emphasizes teamwork, clear communication with kitchen staff, and maintaining a clean, sanitary workstation. Pay ranges from $16.00 to $18.00 per hour, with benefits for eligible associates.

Qualifications

• Two years of kitchen and cooking experience required.
• Must communicate clearly with managers and kitchen staff.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meats, seafood, vegetables for cooking on broilers, ovens, grills, fryers and other equipment.
• Ensure correct portion sizes and presentation according to recipes.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation.
• Assist in food prep during off-peak periods.
• Close the kitchen following the closing checklist.
