Qualifications

• Ability to work a varied schedule including days, nights, weekends.

Responsibilities

• Work the cook line and prepare dishes and prep items to a high standard of excellence.
• Ensure food comes out on time, with high quality and accuracy.
• Remain knowledgeable about the menu and accommodate guests' orders as requested.
• Set up, stock and organize workstation throughout the shift.
• Follow proper safety, sanitation and storage procedures.
• Communicate clearly with guests and fellow team members while maintaining brand standards.
