Job summary

Andretti Indoor Karting & Games in Chandler, AZ is seeking a part-time Line Cook to join our fast-paced kitchen team. You will work the cook line, prepare dishes to a high standard, ensure timely service, and maintain safety and sanitation standards. Candidates should have a High School Diploma or equivalent and be friendly, upbeat, and reliable.

Flexible scheduling including days, nights, holidays, and weekends is required. Prior line cook experience is preferred.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.
The desire and ability to be pleasant, upbeat & sociable throughout the workday.
Be able to work a varied schedule to include days, nights, holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

Work the cook line and prepare dishes and prep items to a high standard of excellence.
Ensure food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely manner.
Remain knowledgeable about the restaurant menu and make accommodations on individual orders as requested by guests.
Set up, stock and organize workstation throughout the shift.
Follow proper heating and cooling standards.
Maintain utensils such as knives in safe and appropriate working condition as well as ensure that all utensils is clean before each use.
