Responsibilities

• Follow standardized recipes, plating guides, and portion controls without deviation.
• Assist with daily prep, station setup, and breakdown.
• Document food holding temperatures and maintain food safety logs.
• Maintain proper food storage, labeling, and rotation (FIFO).
• Support inventory processes and product storage.
• Uphold cleanliness and sanitation across kitchen areas.
• Collaborate with culinary team to ensure smooth service.
• Learn new techniques and globally inspired cuisines.
