Qualifications
Education/Formal Training: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: 1-2 years in a related position with this or other organizations.
Knowledge/Skills: Knowledge of cooking practices and kitchen procedures to perform analytical work.
Physical Demands
The physical requirements include lifting up to 70 lbs, periodic climbing, bending, full mobility, continuous standing, hearing equipment timers, seeing food preparation accuracy, and understanding instructions. Work environment varies from -10°F in freezers to over 100°F in front-line areas.
