Responsibilities include preparing and serving regular and modified diets to residents in accordance with Hawaii Administrative Rules, Department of Health, Title 11, Chapter 12, Food Establishment Sanitation, and Hawaii Administrative Rules, Department of Health, Title 11, Chapter 90, Assisted Living Facility.
