Overview

Egg Harbor Cafe is opening a new location in Belleview Station, Colorado, tentatively at the end of August 2026. Applicants should be willing to train at our Highlands Ranch location before opening.

Join our “Culinary Core Team” as a line cook.

Responsibilities

• Communicate positively and encouragingly with team members.
• Deliver hot, fresh, and high‑quality dishes every time.
• Follow recipe and plating standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation.
• Maintain a positive and energetic attitude.
• Be flexible to changing situations.

While some experience is a plus, extensive training on any or all stations is available for anyone willing to learn.

Schedule

Shifts start and end early, so you’ll never work at night. Scheduling is generally flexible, with the busiest days on weekends and holidays. We are closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.
