Esplanade Golf and Country Club in Naples, FL seeks a full-time Line Cook to join our fast-paced hospitality team. You will prepare various food items for restaurant and banquet operations, maintain quality standards, and assist with banquet events.

The role emphasizes sanitation, timely execution, and teamwork under the guidance of the culinary leadership. Minimum qualifications include an Associates degree in Culinary Arts and at least two years of culinary experience or equivalent; Serv Safe

Qualifications

• Associates Culinary Degree and 2 years culinary experience or equivalent.
• Serv Safe certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learns and maintains standards in food production and quality.
• Expedites orders in a timely manner.
• Practices excellent operational sanitation.
• Executes scheduled banquet functions.
• Maintains a professional relationship with fellow associates.
• Helps reduce loss/waste.
• Communicates equipment repair needs with chef.
• Actively participates in training efforts.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Checks and dates all deliveries received and report any variances to chef in charge.
• Verifies that all coolers are at the proper temperatures and are cleaned on a daily basis.
• Processes inventory requisition and receive supplies as necessary for quality production.
• Prepares the proper amount of food according to production or forecast sheets and production plans.
• Prepares items in accordance with established recipes for a consistent product.

We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast‑paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part ofTroon, you’ll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

General Purpose:

Prepares various food products for restaurant and banquet operations, guest consumption and enjoyment.

Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour BOE

Key Responsibilities:
