HRI Properties in Dana Point is seeking a Line Cook for our hotel restaurant and catering operations. You will prepare meals, follow safety guidelines, and ensure stations are ready 15 minutes before service.
Requirements include prior hotel cooking experience and the CA Food Handlers Card; must be able to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays; strong English communication is required.
