Job description

Boka Restaurant Group and ‘Jean Banchet Award of Culinary Excellence’ winner, Chef Gene Kato, arecurrently looking for a part time Line Cook, with full time position possible in the future. We are looking for a candidate with night time and weekend availability.

LINE COOK’S RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Keep station organized during busy service
  • Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and your station
  • Cooking dishes while following recipes
  • Opening or closing the kitchen
  • Work as part of a team

This is an ideal position for someone who is dedicated to providing great service and is seeking to become a member of a hard-working and fun team!

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to lift 10- 30lbs if necessary.
  • Safely and effectively use all necessary tools and equipment.
  • Stand and walk for the entirety of an eight-hour shift, including moving safely through all areas of the restaurant.
