You will work alongside a dedicated team to bring our Smoky Pub experience to life with attention to detail and consistency. As a Line Cook you will prepare menu items, control portions, and plate meals with precision while applying techniques from pasta to seafood.

• Ability to make sauces from scratch.
• Knowledge of pastry making.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
• Ensure proper plate presentation and food quality.
• Execute various cooking techniques including pasta, salads, scratch cooking, wok, broiling, seafood, sautéing, and more.
• Manage portion control and adhere to dietary restrictions and special diets.
• Create soups, desserts, sauces, and pastries.
