Job summary

Cien Agaves Tacos & Tequila in Chandler, AZ is hiring a Line Cook to prepare dishes from scratch, follow recipes, and ensure consistent presentation. You will work with standard methods, prep meats, seafood, vegetables, and use ovens, grills, and fryers to deliver great plates.

Qualifications

• Speaking and understanding English is preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Prepare amazing dishes from scratch following our recipes to produce consistent results
• Know and comply consistently with standard cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen practices
• Cook a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables and other food items using ovens, grills, fryers and a variety of other kitchen equipment
• Portion all the products, follow the recipes, and always make sure the plate presentation looks great
• Follow the sanitation standards, make sure your work station stays clean and organized, and follow all of the food handling standards
