Presbyterian Living's Moorings of Arlington Heights is seeking a line cook for the dining team. This part-time role runs 12 PM–8 PM two days a week, with compensation based on years of experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Restaurant/Cafeteria Cooking experience.
• Serve safe food handlers preferred, but not required.
• English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Preparing a variety of dishes from scratch, including accompaniments and garnishes
• Adhering to food safety and quality guidelines
• Working across different dining areas as needed
• Demonstrating a thorough knowledge of preparation techniques for all dining settings
• Planning and organizing daily food production to ensure timely service
• Maintaining proper portioning, plating, and presentation standards
