Job summary

The Moorings of Arlington Heights, operated by Presbyterian Living, is seeking a part-time line cook for the Dining Department. The role runs from 12 PM to 8 PM, two days a week, in Arlington Heights, IL, with a $18.35 to $26.98 hourly rate based on experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Restaurant/Cafeteria Cooking experience.
• Serve safe food handlers preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Preparing a variety of dishes from scratch, including accompaniments and garnishes.
• Adhering to food safety and quality guidelines.
• Working across different dining areas as needed.
• Demonstrating a thorough knowledge of preparation techniques for all dining settings.
• Planning and organizing daily food production to ensure timely service.
• Maintaining proper portioning, plating, and presentation standards.
