Main Event Entertainment in Gilbert, AZ is seeking a Line Cook who is passionate about quality ingredients and delivering a consistent guest experience. You’ll work with the prep and spec recipes, operate kitchen equipment, and ensure safety and sanitation standards are met.

You will collaborate with the Service Team to deliver accurate, timely dishes, maintain a clean station, and support opening, mid-day, or closing duties.

Qualifications

• Requires 6 months of Line Cook/Prep Cook experience.
• Guest-focused mindset.
• Teamwork is essential.
• 18+ years of age; Food Handlers Certification as required.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to communicate effectively with Management, Team Members, and Guests.

Responsibilities

• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards.
• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards.
• Collaborate with the Service Team to ensure timely, accurate food delivery.
• Follow all food safety procedures and health department requirements.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and correctly.
• Maintain a clean, stocked station before and after each shift.
