Job summary

Buehler’s is hiring a Restaurant Cook to prepare meals for our in-house diners and follow established food production programs. You will operate grill and fryers, set up and prep foods, and uphold sanitation and safety standards to deliver great experiences.

Join a team that values teamwork, customer focus and dependable scheduling. Training is provided, and overtime and weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old; or 16–17 with restrictions for equipment.
• Able to stand, lift up to 50–80 lb; perform physical tasks.
• Able to follow written and oral instructions and basic math.
• Work in a deli/kitchen environment with heat, steam, noise.

Responsibilities

• Operate the grill, fryers and related equipment.
• Set up, organize, and prepare food using established procedures.
• Maintain sanitation, health and hygiene standards.
• Observe proper food handling techniques.
• Store food properly and label dates.
• Assist team with food preparation as needed.
• Flexible schedule with weekend availability.
