Qualifications

• Experience as a cook in a high-volume kitchen.
• Ability to follow recipes accurately.
• Shows urgency and delivers friendly, efficient service.
• Flexible to work various shifts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all menu items according to recipes, procedures and quality standards.
• Set up and stock your station with ingredients and supplies before each shift.
• Execute dishes with speed and accuracy, maintaining consistency in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station and the kitchen throughout the shift.
• Wrap, label, and store prep items properly at shift end.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines as required by management and regulations.
• Support kitchen team with prep work, dishwashing, and line duties as needed.
• Other duties as assigned by Manager.
