Dutch Wonderland Inn is seeking a Line Cook to oversee the kitchen operations and prepare high-quality meals for guests. You will work in a fast-paced environment, focusing on safety, cleanliness, and consistency in every dish.

Roles include following recipes, maintaining food safety standards, and collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction. Flexible scheduling and seasonality are available.

Formación

• Must be 18 years of age or older per state regulations.
• Food handler safety certification (ServSafe or similar) or willingness to become certified within 90 days.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Reliable transportation to and from shifts.
• Ability to follow directions, multi-task and work as part of a team or independently.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare workstations with supplies, foods, and condiments.
• Deliver high-quality food for all meals prepared.
• Inspect and clean all food preparation areas.
• Maintain strict adherence to ServSafe, state/local regulations and company standards.
• Know ingredients used and rotate stock to maintain safety and quality.
• Plate and portion foods and sauces according to recipes.
