Job summary

Logan's Roadhouse in Monroe, NC is hiring line cooks to join our kitchen team. You'll craft made-from-scratch dishes across a busy menu, working with a supportive crew in a casual dining setting.

We seek outgoing, flexible individuals who can handle a fast-paced line, follow recipes strictly, and communicate clearly with managers and teammates. Both full-time and part-time schedules are available with competitive pay and opportunities to grow.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age to operate kitchen equipment.
• Previous kitchen / culinary / chef experience is preferred, but not required.
• Experience with kitchen equipment including knives, slicer, mixer, stoves, ovens, broiler and pizza oven.
• Flexible to work a variety of shifts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes per Logan's Roadhouse menu.
• Follow recipe procedures to ensure consistent quality.
• Maintain high food safety and sanitation standards.
• Communicate clearly with Managers and Team Members.
