Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook items per recipes and standards for presentation and quality.
• Control portions and maintain consistency to manage costs.
• Monitor temperatures with thermometers for safety and quality.
• Report issues with food quality or delays to kitchen lead.
• Track inventory levels and flag low stock to management.
• Ensure all dishes from your station meet quality expectations.
• Follow kitchen safety, sanitation and allergy procedures.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team and assist as needed.
