Sodexo Live is hiring a part-time Cook at the Charleston Coliseum & Convention Center. You will prepare and present a variety of hot and cold dishes, read recipes, and operate grill stations as needed. Shifts vary by day, with open availability preferred, and a focus on teamwork and customer service.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of previous related experience is beneficial.
• Read and follow basic recipes and/or product directions for preparing various food items.
• May prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte and/or operate a grill station.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for various meal periods.
• Attend to scheduled shifts on time with regularity; adapt to business needs.
• Support food waste reduction and customer service-focused operations.
