Selland Family Restaurants in Sacramento, CA is seeking a Line Cook to ensure high-quality food and guest satisfaction. You will clean, receive, prep, and stock products while following established menus and recipes, delivering friendly service in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Must be available in the evenings.
• Able to communicate positively, verbally and in an articulate manner.
• Ability to always be positive, attentive and hospitable.
• A willingness to learn and grow.
• 1+ years of line cook experience a plus but we will invest in your training and growth.
• Ability to follow established menus and recipes.
• Multitasking skills, Good Knife Skills.
• Valid Responsible Beverage Serving (RBS) Card.
• Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates.
• Must be at least 18 years of age (or have valid work permit).
• Reliable transportation to work.

Responsabilités

• The Line Cook is responsible for maintaining food quality & guest satisfaction according to restaurant standards while cleaning, receiving, prepping, and stocking product before, after and during service.
• This team member maintains sanitary food handling practices according to Health Code and interacts with guests and team members in a positive manner.
• Supports hospitality, excellence, teamwork, and pride in daily operations.
