Job summary

Kaskaid Hospitality in Fargo, ND is seeking a Cook to join our culinary team. You will prepare all food items using standard recipes, assist with basic desserts, and prep according to Prep Lists and par levels.

Maintain a clean, sanitary workstation and store ingredients properly while coordinating with cooks and chefs to ensure timely service. Applicants should read and understand English, have basic math for measurements, and follow written or oral instructions.

• ServSafe certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepares all food items following standard recipes and procedures.
• Assist cooks in the preparation of basic dessert items.
• Preps items according to Prep Lists and par levels set by management.
• Store and properly handle raw or prepared foods and non-food supplies.
• Measures and assembles ingredients; cuts and portions meat, fish, poultry.
• Clean and sanitize production equipment and work surfaces.
• Maintain a safe, sanitary workstation and follow health guidelines.
• Follow safety regulations and report injuries or unsafe conditions.
• Attend in-service training and adhere to dress code and grooming rules.
