Back Nine Bistro at Country Club of Gwinnett is seeking a dependable Line Cook to join our food and beverage team. The Line Cook is responsible for preparing and cooking menu items consistently, maintaining a clean and organized workstation, and helping provide members and guests with a high-quality dining experience.

This position is ideal for someone who works well in a team environment, can stay organized during busy service periods, and takes pride in preparing quality food.

Qualifications

• Previous line cook, prep cook, restaurant, or kitchen experience preferred.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and food quality.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including weekdays, evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, portions, and standards.
• Set up and stock stations before each shift.
• Prepare ingredients including meats, vegetables, sauces, and other components.
• Ensure food is cooked and presented consistently and timely.
• Communicate with kitchen staff to keep orders moving during service.
• Follow food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation throughout the shift.
• Label, date, rotate, and store food products.
