Job summary

JDK Management Company, operating Quaker Steak & Lube, seeks a Line Cook to join our kitchen team in Florida. You will prepare menu items per recipes and maintain a clean, safe workstation while supporting a high-energy guest experience.

No experience is required, but prior line cook work is a plus. You should be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and thrive in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, portion standards, and presentation guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation throughout each shift.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and kitchen safety procedures.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house team members to ensure timely and accurate service.
• Stock and prep ingredients to support smooth kitchen operations and shift readiness.
• Assist with cleaning, restocking, and other kitchen support tasks as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
