JDK Management Company is seeking a Line Cook to prepare menu items per our standards in a clean, safe kitchen. You will work with a team to deliver great guest experiences in a fast-paced restaurant.

A successful candidate will adapt quickly, communicate well under pressure, and take pride in accuracy and efficiency on the line.

Qualifications

• No experience required; Line cook experience a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach and bend for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, portion standards, and presentation guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation throughout each shift.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and kitchen safety procedures.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house team members to ensure timely and accurate service.
• Stock and prep ingredients to support smooth kitchen operations and shift readiness.
• Assist with cleaning, restocking, and other kitchen support tasks as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
