Responsibilities

• Maintains, cleans, and uses kitchen line equipment and storage areas.
• Stocks and rotates products on cooking line.
• Knows cooking stations, menu items and prep procedures for proper portioning and timing.
• Cooks and prepares items per guest requests following safety and sanitation rules.
• Monitors food temperatures to reduce risk factors for foodborne illness.
• Identifies and corrects system issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Communicates with manager and coworkers about deficiencies and safety concerns.
