• Prepare food to specifications.
• Ensure steady flow of products to expo and avoid delays.
• Open and close the kitchen efficiently.
• Monitor flow of supplies to the line.
• Maintain personal cleanliness and hygiene.
• Know all menu items, ingredients, and portions.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
• Follow rotation, cleanliness, and storage guidelines.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Clean and maintain equipment.
• Perform side work as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
