Responsibilities

• Monitor the preparation of all food products to ensure they meet safety and quality standards.
• Prepare and supply food items to the cook's line and use the prep list for freshness.
• Maintain the mesquite fire at proper levels to ensure proper cooking surface.
• Complete HACCP accurately and notify a manager when items are not correct.
• Follow recipes and guidelines to ensure consistent portions and taste.
